Terms & Conditions for Advertisement

This advertisement consists of 3 components:

Random Top Row:

This consists of the top row with 3 ads spaces. Each ads space can take up to 10 ads or flips to be displayed randomly with a 10 second timer. We apologise that these ads spaces are currently not available to property agents and agencies.

Each ads or flip costs $100 per month.

Size: 200 x 176 pixels for each ads.

Fixed Bid:

This consists of the first 2 rows and given to the highest bidder and fixed for the period of bid. They are now fully occupied. The current 6 ads are merged into a single large ads because they had booked all 6 ads. The availability of these spaces will be made known at a later date when they quit. Existing advertiser is always given the priority to extend the lease.

Ranking Ads:

- Advertisement Period

• Charges: S$50 / month or part thereof.
• New advertisements will be queued at the end.

• One-time Charges : S$0 onwards in multiples of S$10.
• Highest paid will be ranked first.
• For equal amount, the earlier ads will be ranked ahead.
• Ranking will be from left to right and top to bottom as shown below.

• The existing $ amount for each rank will be listed to keep you informed.
  

• Advertisement size shall not exceed pixels of 200 width x 176 height.
• Suppose you were ranked 4th and you had already paid S$90 and the 3rd rank is only S$100, you just needed to top-up S$20 to bring your accumulated amount to S$110, thus bringing you ahead by one rank.
• Should your ads be terminated by us, we will refund you a pro-rated amount calculated as balance after deducting the consumption at S$50 / month for ads and S$30 / month for ranking, if any.
• No refund will be given if you terminated your ads.
• Your existing rank will be reset to S$0 if your ad expires for more that 2 weeks.
• We reserved the right to reject advertisements that are against the law or that in our opinion, the contents are inappropriate.
